Older People

No matter what age you are you can stay young and healthy if you look after yourself and your body. Being old can be an experience to look forward too and is a time when you can sit back and relax.

However older people are at higher risk of getting bacterial and viral infections which is why they should take vitamin supplements to boost the immune system, especially during winter. The NHS also recommends that everyone aged 65 or over should have a flu jab each year. For more information and advice about the flu jab ring the NHS Freephone number on 0800 66 55 44 or visit your local GP.
